Spirited Adventures
Experience Santa Cruz County
through the eyes of our children.
Each month there will be a planned
outing, where the families will meet for a spirited
adventure. First we will sit for circle time, where we will
learn the theme and adventure of the day. After the
adventure, the families will regroup for snacks, crafts, and
a closing blessing.
Faith-Full Families
(All Family Members)
Sundays once a month from 12:00a.m.-1:45p.m.
Faith-Full Families meet once a month to share a meal, play, create,
and join together in a family blessing. Lunch and crafts are
provided. Lots of Fun for your whole family!
Story Book Tea
(Ages 5-11 with parent or grandparent)
Sunday afternoon once a month from 2:30p.m.-3:45p.m.
Each family pair spends precious time together. The magic begins
with a specially selected story read to the group.. The families
create a craft based on the story’s message, and individual tea
trays are presented to each family to share one-on-one time
together.
Tea time concludes with a group heart blessing.
 
Evenings at the Hearth
(Preteens, teens, and their parents)
Sunday evenings once a month from 6:30p.m.-8:00p.m.
Preteens, teens, and their parents come together to build their
communication skills and forge a deeper understanding of their
family values. Through reflection and sharing, all involved renew
their commitment to maintain a strong family bond.
Evenings in the Garden
(Teens and their parents)
Sunday evenings once a month from 6:30p.m.-8:00p.m.
For those teens who have graduated from Evenings at the Hearth.
Evenings in the Garden continues communication skills, touches on
peer pressure, and forges a deeper understanding of family values.
Mothers of Babies (M.O.B)
Spiritual discussion group for Mothers
Childcare provided.
